Spa Etiquette
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to service. This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for your service. New customers are asked to complete a patron Questionnaire and liability form prior to service. To ensure the best service possible we do ask that you please arrive on time. Any arrival 15 minutes of later of the appointment time is subject to refusal. We are very busy and staying on time is imperative.
Spa Contraindications
There are contradictions for services that are but not limited to: pregnancy, infectious diseases, epilepsy, or anything stopping you from being able to exercise. Open wounds, or broken bones are not permitted. If you have a condition or are pregnant please ask the receptionist at the time of booking the appt.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a $60 non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment, if appointment is missed or not canceled with a 24 hour notice, the credit card will be charged. If you cancel you must speak to Body Wrap technician , leave a message, or an email.
Right of Refusal
Body Wraps at Tiffany’s has the right to refuse service to anyone with inappropriate behavior or language. Body Wraps at Tiffany’s decides what that may be.
Discounts and Gift Certificates
$40 off applys only to first time customers. Student and Military
discounts must provide a valid ID. All gift certificates are purchased
at Body Wraps at Tiffany’s. Must be paid in full at time of sale.
Gift certificates expire 1 year from time of purchase and are
not redeemable as cash.
